Physical Products

We will accept returns of physical products, such as books, CDs, and DVDs, within 30 days of our shipment to you for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of a product defect or our error. Refunds may be partial if the product bears signs of use.

Services and Downloadable Electronic Products

We don't accept cancellations of services after delivery, or returns of downloadable electronic products after they've been released to you for downloading. These products include downloadable ebooks or downloadable recordings. If you're dissatisfied with a downloadable electronic product, we do offer a credit, but we don't offer a refund. We don't provide credits or refunds on services, workshop fees, consulting fees, or retainers.
